Riddle: green houses

There was a green house. Inside the green house there was a white house Inside the white house there was a red house. Inside the red house there were lots of babies. What am I?

Hmmm... A house cant be in another house if it's a home so house must mean something else....so lets just forgot the house part and try to do the riddle with no words of house.GREEN, WHITE ,RED and babies hmmm.... well lets forget the baby part because i dont know what it means.So something thats Green, White in the inside, and red in the inside.Um... maybe a watermelon.....Oh yes a watermelon! Because its green on the outside a white layer on the inside and another red layer on the inside. But what about babies? Maybe the...well lets think what is in a watermelon that i didnt say? Oh i got it, SEEDS! Thoses are the babies because if you grow they they become watermelons! Ha ha i just realized that every watermelon is a mom. Well i think watermelon is the answer. NOTE: This post took me a long time to post because of all the thinking and explaining. Great Riddle!!!

At first I thought it was a hospital...lol....I fell discouraged at me stupidity when I read DL's answer. Watermelon! Brilliant!

The only reason why I thought it was a hospital because a hospital is inside a Green House (...Green House effect?)and a hospital is White, then the room where they hold the baby is Red

i think that theres a whole house with the color green painted as the walls and the red house is really a giant room that is filled with another room then inside that room theres a smaller room full of babys so i think its a hospital cause a hospital could be all diffrent colors like the outside is green and theres a room that leads to anothor room and it keeps countinuing till the place where it holds newborns

it might be watermelon cause the skin is the green house the red meat of the water melon is the red house the black seeds it the other one and inside the seed is a room full of babys
